A stunning, antique, flower regardless of the patriotic name. No matter what country your garden is in, this sweet pea deserves a place. Very fragrant, white and red streaked flowers first offered in 1896 by Morse-Vaughan. Grows to 2m tall.
Sow in August-September for Spring and Summer production or sow in February-March for overwintered plants that flower very early in the Spring garden. Direct sow 5cm spacing under a trellis or sow into trays and then transplant when true leaves emerge to same spacing.
