Got questions about buying our seeds online?

Hopefully we have some answers for you right here.

We ship orders out twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays once payment has cleared into our account. We live rurally where only NZ Post will provide service; please allow an extra day or two for your order to arrive. Your order is sent NZ Post Parcel tracked and you will receive an email confirmation from NZ Post with your tracking number once it is lodged in their system. If you have not received an email from them with your tracking information, please check your junk/spam folder before emailing us. 

This is always hard to figure out. We have set up options based on products purchased and their weights/costs. Please choose the option that best suits your order and we will contact you if you have under calculated. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

NZ Post is charging $5.26 on top of current fees if you live rurally. Please add this to your postage costs when you pay for your order. If you do not, we will contact you with instructions. Thank for your patience and understanding.

If you purchase multiple packets of the same variety we will often choose to pack into the least amount of packets required to save on packaging materials and time. Please specify if you require each packet separately in your order comments. Many thanks for your understanding.

We choose to use eco packaging wherever possible. We us paper envelopes and wrap parcels in paper. If your mailbox leaks please consider asking us to pop your order in a plastic bag to protect it from the elements. We want your seeds to arrive dry, please let us know in the order comments if you need plastic protection for your seeds.

We follow a biodynamic moon calendar for our planting times. We have Ideal Seed Sowing Times for you here.

All our orders are sent NZ Post Parcel Tracked. You would have received an email from NZ Post when it was lodged into their system. If you have not received an email from them, please check your junk/spam folder before emailing us. If it has been longer than 2 weeks since their email please get in touch with us as we cannot lodge a lost parcel after 29 days has passed.
