OH Red Russian kale is originally from Siberia. It was brought to the Americas by Russian traders, and eventually made it to our shores. It is sweeter than other kales and benefits from being frosted, but can be eaten pre-frost of course! It has an oak-leaf shape leaf, with purple stems.
