NZH A nutritious winter green that adds bite to any salad, soup or stew. Similar to water cress although does not require running water.

Sow into trays in early Spring or late Summer for consistent supply. Prick out to 4cm diagonal spacing when true leaves appear. Transplant into fertile soil at 25cm diagonal spacing.
