Potato - Urenika

The most well known Maori potato. Long shape with dark purple skin AND flesh that retains its colour when cooked. A very floury potato. Can be cooked in many ways, our favourite is mashed with plenty of butter and cream. Prolific cropper, requires a long growing season.
