OH. A French heirloom bush bean sent to us by Jenny Freemantle. Very productive producer of straight yellow pods (18cm) that retain their colour when cooked. Once mature the seeds dry black. The pods are sweet and snap easily. If the bushes are harvested regularly, they will give you months of supply. They make a great addition to a three-bean salad, if paired with other coloured pods.

Sow in glasshouse in trays at 4cm diagonal spacing in September or direct in the garden when chance of frost has passed. From trays prick out when true leaves appear and transplant into fertile soil at 25cm diagonal spacing, no trellis needed as it has a bush habit. For autumn crop repeat sowing in January/February.

20 seeds.
